Where we get personal information from

How long we keep informationFor customers, data is kept for 6 years from the latest expiry date of any contract. For non
customers, data is kept for 24 months following our last contact with you.

With the exception of statutory requirements, we hold data for 12 months following its last use as set out herein.
How to complain
If you have any concerns about our use of your personal data, you can make a complaint to
